Downstairs 2 bedrooms and shower bathroom. Shared utility shed with w machine + drier, pool table. Courtyard with overflow parking space, EV charger (extra cost), table tennis. BBQ, outside seating. Dog friendly. 10 mins to Helston and 20 mins to the beach.
