Welcome to the Studio, a lovely self-contained annex with superb coastal location in the seaside village of Porthtowan & good access to the A30 and W. Cornwall. The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

Quiet annexe in a separate part of our house at the end of a cul-de-sac. Well behaved dogs welcome, throws provided for sofa. Close to the fabulous Hayle beaches. Enter the annexe via own entrance, off street parking, double bed and separate living area with a kitchenette (fridge, 2 ring electric hob, microwave, toaster), fold out dining table/workspace and storage. NO OVEN OR FREEZER IN ANNEXE WiFi and Sky TV Milk, tea & coffee provided on arrival. Great for exploring West Cornwall

We are centrally located in the pretty seaside town of Hayle, approximately 5 miles from St Ives, and within walking distance of Hayle's three miles of stunning golden beaches and harbour area. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
