The sitting rm has an L-shaped sofabed and is ensuite to the bathroom so works as a bed rm for close friends or family of those in the main bedroom! Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.
