A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddleboarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

The Wendy House: a traditional 1960s cedar wood chalet that was renovated in 2017. Beautifully furnished in a luxurious yet 'Wendy House' style. Magical for children. Stuffed full of lovely vintage things. It is situated in a very sunny corner of a quiet family run site, 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Near great pubs, perfect after a beach walk. Warm and cosy. Ridge Cottage is situated on a quiet private road just 2 mins walk to the beautiful beach at Old Hunstanton and is next door to the well renowned Hunstanton Golf Course. The property offers the perfect base from which to explore all that the North Norfolk Coastline has to offer. There is ample parking at the cottage and many local restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We allow one well behaved dog, as the beach is perfect for dog walking.
