In the heart of a friendly, medieval village with gastro pub. Also a coffee shop a few doors away serving delicious meals and snacks. There's a general store closeby. We have an art gallery/office attached for your use and enjoyment. 40 mn drive to Broads, seaside and Norwich , a historic, cultural city.

A truly special hideaway in a unique location within the walls of Holkham Park. The characterful, timber barn dates from 1880 and has been sympathetically renovated to provide a spacious, stylish and comfortable studio room with en suite shower, wood burning stove and garden. Within easy waking distance of Holkham Village, beach and NNR and the picturesque town of Wells-next-the-Sea. Continental style breakfast included. 3 night min stay July and August. 2 night minimum at all other times.

The Wendy House a retro 1960s chalet by the sea

The Wendy House: a traditional 1960s cedar wood chalet that was renovated in 2017. Beautifully furnished in a luxurious yet 'Wendy House' style. Magical for children. Stuffed full of lovely vintage things. It is situated in a very sunny corner of a quiet family run site, 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Near great pubs, perfect after a beach walk. Warm and cosy. No WiFi have a detox: talk, walk, play games, re-charge, rest... I really do try and make it special for you, come and stay :)

This stylish cottage has direct access to the forest and is nestled next to the beautiful Lynford Lakes with it's own man made beach. This is popular with open water swimmers and paddle boarders. Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance. A perfect relaxing retreat in the forest. Little Barn - a converted barn in Ringstead, an attractive village three miles from Hunstanton and the North Norfolk coast, ideal for family days out on the beach and great water sports. Sandringham and other historic houses are close by as are RSPB Titchwell and Snettisham. The village has a great local shop and the Gin Trap, our village pub is within a short walk - a must for gin and foodie lovers alike. The village is on the Peddars Way - a walkers paradise.
