This huge, family-friendly, two bedroom apartment boasts sea views and is only 100m away from the beach. This apartment is SUPER child friendly; Duplo, toys, books, jigsaws, DVDs and a Smart TV will all be available for their use. Highchair and travel can be booked prior to arrival. Bedroom 1: one double bed and space for one baby travel cot. Bedroom 2: twin single beds (A travel cot can be put up in either room if you are travelling with a baby. ) Kitchen with breakfast bar, gas hob, electic oven, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/freezer, Delonghi Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment. Lounge/Diner with TV and DVD player. Family Bathroom: Dual power shower, bath with shower head. Heated towel rail. WC (with additional toddler-seat if needed) and wash-hand basin. Free High-Speed Wifi, DVDs, Netflix and Smart TV available. Location: You'll never need to get in your car!!! We are situated above SSL shop ( our children's clothing store (Simply So Lovely) which is mainly operated online- opening hours are 8:45am-11:45am 5 days per week), next door to the Southend Car Park, Hunstanton; Stay SSL is opposite Oasis fitness centre (soft play, rollerskate park, gym, swimming pool with slides, squash courts and fitness classes.) Enchanting cottage in grounds of Georgian Rectory

Magical 1-bed cottage set by the edge of a tranquil moat in the grounds of a beautiful Georgian rectory. Private garden and parking. TV, wifi, wood burning stove, electric oven, hob and microwave. Around half an hour from the North Norfolk coast, Thetford Forest and Kings' Lynn. Just 40 minutes from the ancient cathedral city of Norwich. Popular and friendly village pub with restaurant, 10 minutes walk away. The quaint market town of Swaffham and its wonderful forest walks just 15 minutes drive.

The house has simply beautiful views of the beach, sea and sand dunes with extensive decking surrounded by glass balustrade where you can sit outside and enjoy the sea air. It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Unique beach house next to sea, lake and RSPB

A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Perfect for sailing, paddleboarding, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the nearby beach. The Beach House is clean, cosy, light and airy, it's comfortable but deliberately basic, running on solar power only, plus Calor gas for the water boiler and a wood fired stove for heat. No wifi but 4G usually strong. Power sockets suitable for phones and laptops.

The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

The Lodge at Lyng Mill

Peaceful, rustic and romantic lodge in the grounds of an 18th century mill house on the river Wensum at Lyng Mill, North Norfolk. Swim in the river or light the wood burner, get back to nature in this cosy romantic setting. The Lodge sits in a wooded area underneath a giant red cedar tree. It is also on the banks of the mill pond, a perfect wild swimming spot with its own outdoor shower. It is bright and airy in summer but warm and cosy in the winter months. We love dogs, all welcome.

Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.
