The Coach house in Oxford

The Coach house, a lovely brick cottage built ~1880, has been renovated to provide an open plan, stylish interior. Upstairs sleeps 5 people with a downstairs bathroom. The historic city of Oxford (easily accessible by bus) provides plenty to do and the Thames and Cotswolds are lovely walking areas nearby. The cottage has it's own patio and garden area with trampoline. There is table football, games and books. Off road parking available. It is situated in the grounds of the owner's home.

Our beautiful, very spacious Victorian town house is situated in a lovely quiet road favoured by academics and creatives. We have 4 large double bedrooms, spacious living spaces and parking for 2 small/medium cars. We include crisp white linens and towels which are high temperature washed and the house is deep cleaned. Vibrant East Oxford has some of the best restaurants and cafes. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.

The Annexe! A self contained Studio for 2 People

The ideal, cosy retreat in Headington! Re-decorated in Autumn 2024, the Annexe is a fully furnished and well equipped space, making a great and comfortable base for couples or solo travellers. With nearby great bars, restaurants, cafes, parks and shops, the property is also within walking distance of the John Radcliffe, Nuffield, Manor and Churchill hospitals as well as Oxford Brookes University. There are excellent transport links into Oxford city centre, London and major airports.

Our flat is self contained and cleaned to a very high standard. The property is a converted modern and refurnished flat with excellent light and insulation. Quiet location with shop and bus stop on the doorstep. Easy and short distance to Hospitals, Headington, City Centre and London bus stop.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Enjoy a stylish and cosy experience at our custom built garden room accessed by a separate side entrance, with en suite shower room, double bed, WiFi and TV. The Paddock Annexe is a detached, 2 storey apartment in the grounds of The Paddock House. It has one parking space and private entrance. It is located in the peaceful village of Holton, just 6 miles from the centre of Oxford. Oxford, High Wycombe and London are all easily accessible and there are lots of transport links nearby. This is a great location for the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford University and Oxford Brookes.
