Troutbeck Camping Pods - "No 1"

Our three warm and cosy pods are situated behind the main farm steading in a quiet setting away from the road and next to a small beck. The pods all have underfloor heating so you are guaranteed to be warm no matter the season. With excellent access from junction 36 of the M6, we are situated at the top of the beautiful Troutbeck Valley, with views down towards Windermere Lake. Our village has two pubs, a tearoom, and easy access to Windermere and Ambleside. Unfortunately we cannot accept pets

The Lake District Bunkbarn, Ings

A perfectly located 18th century agricultural stone barn (1.8m from Windermere). Revamped with modern amenities, but still with a rustic feel. Situated on our Stud Farm just outside Windermere in the village of Ings, a stones throw from the village pub, farm shop and local cafe. Directly accessed off the main road and beside the bus stop with direct links to a number of walks/cycle passes. This upmarket Bunkbarn is one of a kind with secure parking, storage and catering for disabled people.

Super quiet, one off space with parking. Close to Lake Windermere, shops and places to eat and drink. Immaculate studio space for 2 people (no children) who need time out of their busy lives to shut off and re-charge. It comprises of an open plan lounge/kitchen/king size bed and bathroom with shower, with sliding doors onto a verandah which overlooks the beautiful running water and the woodland, where if you're lucky you might spot a deer or two. We live nearby if you do need us for anything.

Townfoot Byre, Troutbeck is a beautiful bedroom suite in our 330 year old traditional Lakeland farmhouse. The house was built in 1691 and what is now Townfoot Byre would have originally housed animals. However, it has now been converted it into a charming and cosy bedroom suite with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Spa, sauna, swimming pool and gym access at a local club is included, free with your stay. A 7Kw EV charger is available, if you're travelling in an electric vehicle.

Dorothy’s place is part of an 18th Century Villa. Adults only no children allowed. Everything you need for that perfect romantic break. Guests get full use of the large garden and woodland to take in the stunning view. If travelling by train our advice would be get a taxi from the station as can be difficult to find on foot . Guests are welcome to park up as early as you want before check in or drop luggage off in a safe place,but please let us know in advance.
