The house is ideally located with an array of activities close by: Lake Eppalock 5 minutes away for all water activities. Heathcote Park Raceway is 15 minutes away and is a great venue for drag racing enthusiasts. The popular Axedale Golf Club is also 15 minutes away and is a fantastic course for the avid golfer. Heathcote wine country is only 30 minutes away and Bendigo, a short 15 minute drive offers a multitude of activities including shopping, nightlife and rich art and history culture.

Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

The secluded cottage has it's own private garden and is right next to the alpaca nursery paddock, so expect to see lots of crias (baby alpacas)! The cottage is conveniently located, 10mins to Kyneton, 15mins to Trentham, 20 mins to Daylesford and 1hr 15mins to Melbourne.
