This studio-loft condo has been recently renovated from top to bottom and is in an ideal location within Park City (The Prospector Complex). 2 bus stops are conveniently located on the complex perimeter that take you to Main Street, Deer Valley, the Canyons, or anywhere in town, and bus rides are free! 4 min drive to main street, or a short bus ride. Several coffee shops, restaurants, & grocery store within 5-10 mins walking. The historic union pacific rail trail runs right behind the complex.

Located in Prospector Square this studio condo is perfect for a fun and relaxing stay. It is a Sundance film festival venue in a coveted location facing the rail trail with a free bus/shuttle to Park City’s Main Street and ski resorts (The bus is approximately 15-20 minutes to ski resorts.) You will also have guest access to a seasonal swimming pool, year-round hot tub, outdoor fire pit and outdoor grill. For a fee there is also access to laundry, and a gym.

You will be staying in one of the rare true ski in/out condos in PCMR! With the desirable lodging come desirable parking. We are beyond excited to offer a parking spot, but no options for additional! Please plan accordingly as there are literally NO additional overnight parking options. Your immediate access from the condo is abundant: ski slopes, ice rink, pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, steam room, Pig Pen saloon are all within mere steps of your unit.

This lovely studio features a high-end King mattress (medium firm), authentic wormy chestnut floors, and a full kitchenette with 2- burner stove, kitchen sink and quartzite counter tops in the living area. The bathroom features a gorgeous shower lined with Carrera marble and the location is incredible -- no expense was spared to make this sophisticated and dreamy couple's retreat for you to enjoy!
