A modern mid-terrace town house situated 15/20 mins walk from the beautiful Bailgate shops, bars and restaurants and the breath-taking Cathedral and Castle. Take a walk down Steep Hill and within 10/15 minutes, you'll be in the city centre. (Don't forget you have to come back up the hill!) Free on-street parking to the front of the property, well-equipped kitchen, snug lounge, bath with shower. King-size bed and single daybed. Small enclosed rear garden. Capella Cottage, four miles from Lincoln centre

Capella cottage sits within the village of Branston. Being only four miles South-East of Lincoln’s city centre, It is accessed easily by car. (Approx ten min drive) The cottage is on the main road through Branston so there may be occasional road noise from traffic. There is a good sized rear garden, where the sun can be enjoyed through the day. Free Parking is available on the road outside of the property or should you prefer free ‘off street’ parking, this can be found just up the road.

The Castle and cathedral are just a fifteen minutes drive away, as are Lincolnshire show ground, Christmas market, University and Waddington airfield.
