Experience Helen like a local in the most exclusive riverside neighborhood Helen has to offer. While walking distance to downtown Helen, The River Suite For Two feels like a private getaway. Dining, shopping, and groceries are all a short and pleasant stroll across the bridge and over the river. This unique and cozy ground level suite has its own private river access and fire pit right on the Chattahoochee. Tubes are seasonly available. While we love pets, there are no pets allowed.

The house has been completely renovated, everything is brand new except for the beautiful 180 degrees of river views. It is an easy, level, half-mile walk along the river into downtown Helen. Enjoy the many restaurants in town or grill your own dinner on the deck. Bring your own tube and float directly from the front yard. Come relax and enjoy our North Georgia mountain home!

Sitting on the covered porches and watching and listening to the river nothing like it... The condo has the most cozy comfy feel with a gas fireplace, stainless steal and hardwoods. There is 2 master suits with queen beds with private bathrooms. New queenSofa bed . You can enjoy this amazing condo all year around with all the amenities.
