Whananaki Barn is on 15 acres of lifestyle block overlooking the sea. It is totally OFF GRID so if you love peace and tranquillity this is the place for you! It has great views of both the native bush and the beach. You’ll love my place because of the beauty, the outdoor space, the sunrise and sunsets and it is off-grid!. If there are more than 2pp book our cute kingfisher caravan set up for 2pp (1 king single and 1 sml single). Ages 6yrs+ is preferred at our property as it is not completely fenced off and there are horses and some driveway vehicles about. Epic horse trail riding & surfing on your doorstep!

Hidden inside native bush is our glamping hut named 'the syrah shack', which is nestled behind our syrah vines. The location is 10 minutes out of Russell township, in the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

Top House - unrivalled views and privacy

The Top House, so named because of its location, with 270 degree views, has unrivalled privacy, and it's own helipad. This recently renovated 3 bedroom house is located on 330 acres of private farmland. The house has been finished to a high standard, with excellent amenities, including hot tub with amazing views, outdoor dining and lounge spaces on 360 degree decks, WiFi, two TVs, heaps of parking, modern kitchen and luxury bathrooms, and comfortable stylish furniture throughout.

Knights View Retreat - Tutukaka Coast

This unique retreat is surrounded by native bush and offers stunning views of the Poor Knights Islands. Our private guest house includes a kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, air fryer, and slow cooker. A tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated towel rails and a large private decking area with BBQ. There is an outdoor shower and drying area for dive gear/wetsuits with plenty of room for those wanting to bring their surfboards or kayaks.
