The Studio

There's always a cozy space for all. 2 showers & bath tub to die for with heated flooring, a kitchen where you can have cook offs and dance parties, to movie nights on the big TV, to many genres of books, and you may just open a portal to Narnia. In the spring/summer you and your family will have fun picking fresh flowers and in the Winter its a short drive to Great Divide to go skiing. Have a blast walking in Helena's Historic downtown. You may even have an itch to get a tattoo from downstairs.

Queen City Charmer

Fall in love with the character and charm of this centrally located, bright, historic, building while enjoying recent updates and modern amenities that include a dishwasher, new countertops, fresh paint, updated furniture and new linens. The sofa sleeper and pocket doors into the living room serve as a private second bedroom. With a 50” TV and fireplace, this is our bedroom of choice! Off the main bedroom, you'll find a separate office space with a desk and door that can be closed for privacy.

Hilltop House

Situated at the base of Mount Helena, in the mansion district, Hilltop House features a beautifully landscaped exterior introducing you to a well kept upstairs apartment with plenty of charm. A comfortable 1 bed/1 bath has a relaxing living room with gas fireplace and walkout balcony , a cute kitchen, bathroom with a claw foot tub/shower and lots of light. The close proximity to our historic downtown and walking /biking trails allows visitors the opportunity to experience the Helena we love.

The upstairs apartment has windows in every room (even the bathroom and walk-in closet), high speed Wi-Fi, a private entrance with a digital lock - self check-in, come and go in privacy. Three blocks to great mountain biking and hiking trails, and three blocks to the historic downtown area with great restaurants, shops, 3 breweries, a distillery, Ice Cream shop, cinema including the Myrna Loy Theatre and the Grand Street Community Theatre. It has a full kitchen for long- or short-term stays.

Quiet Montana Getaway! Our guest apartment is a part of a quiet country home and is located in the back of our shop. You will have your own private entrance and parking. Beautiful mountain views from the property and direct access to 5100+ acres of BLM out of our back yard! Our neighborhood is quiet and will provide a perfect getaway. Everything is close by and is under a 30 min drive. The city of Helena, Great Divide Skiing, all kinds of lakes! No meals, but coffee and tea are provided.
