If you booked a business travel reservation for a work colleague, both of you will be added to the message thread with the Host, to keep everyone in the loop about questions and reservation details.

Before and after messages

Any previous message history between the Host and the business traveler remains private and not visible to anyone else. For privacy reasons, we’ll remove the travel admin from the message thread 28 days after the trip ends.
