Our rental is a PRIVATE basement apartment in our home with a separate entrance about 1500 sq ft. We live upstairs with our 2 children and dog, guests will occasionally hear us. One King bed, one daybed (twin mattress). Two cats and one tiny dog live on premises but not allowed in this space.

Walk 1 block to HenDough Chicken & Donuts or Mean Mr. Mustard Cafe for breakfast or lunch, or walk 3 blocks to Dry Falls Brewing Co. for a local beer & delicious food trucks.

We call it our “ barn house.” It is located down a private drive surrounded by beautiful horses and other animals. We are close to I-26 and the airport. Restaurants and theaters are 5 minutes away. **Due to the beginning of a housing construction project in the acreage behind us, there could be possible noise from Monday thru Friday. Be aware of this before you book.

Gorgeous views of the mountain range from the living room & the bedroom. Private outdoor seating area to enjoy the views. Please read the house rules prior to booking . Only one pet and four adults or two adults and two children over the age of 12 are suitable for this space.
