Fire up the grill and have a BBQ on the front porch of a quaint mountain cabin. Gather round a fire pit when the sun goes down. Relax inside on a comfy couch in a rustic, wood-paneled living room. A kid-friendly cabin located close to downtown Hendersonville and all the area has to offer. Centrally located to near-by Brevard and Asheville while accommodating all the comforts of home. Entire property for use of guests. While we do not live on the property we are only a phone call away. The cabin is nestled in the heart of the Western North Carolina's Blue Ridge Mountains, close to downtown Hendersonville. It's centrally located between Brevard and Asheville. Parking for up to 3 vehicles on-site Amenities include an outdoor fire pit, grill, coffee maker and fully functioning kitchen. A tree-house is located onsite for adventurous young ones. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Everything you need for a relaxing mountain vacation is here. Our property is located just east of Hendersonville surrounded by horse farms and orchards. Summer and fall are great times to pick apples, blackberries and other fruit. For wine lovers, there are six wineries in our area offering tastings, music and great food. Many of these locations are with 10-15 minutes of the cabin. Local breweries offer craft beer and live music. The shared fire pit is available to enjoy your favorite beverage.

The space is located up 16 stairs in the carriage house. It's about a mile from Hendersonville's Historic Main Street and yet secluded on 2 acres in wooded Laurel Park. A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.

Come relax on our porch swing and enjoy the beautiful Blueridge Mountains. UPDATE: we recently added a fire pit patio area for your use. *Please note that our home is accessed via a short set of stairs.
