Petite Retreat - UofO Campus Studio

Our quiet studio has everything you need for your Eugene visit. The unit comes with AC, washer/dryer, and a gorgeous outside patio. There is 1 off-street parking spot available. Our home is within walking distance (about 0.6 miles) to Hayward field and the 19th Ave neighborhood commercial area. You are close to a plethora of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, as well as the best ice cream & dessert places in town. If you are coming to visit the UofO college campus this is the studio for you!

Hayward Cottage

Non-smoking cottage two blocks to the University of Oregon and Hayward Field; our location is perfect for visiting your student, attending a Ducks game, or business travel. We are located in a family-friendly neighborhood where everything you need is within walking distance. There is off street parking with Ring security. The cottage is attached to a family house and there will be normal family noise and a woofing dog now and then. Looking for resilient, self-reliant, low maintenance renters.

Cozy, Cute Tiny Home, near U of O

Enjoy this cute and cozy tiny home, equipped to make your vacation comfortable and convenient. Our house is located within walking distance to the U of O, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena and minutes from either downtown Eugene or Springfield. We are also located close to Hendricks Park, a beautiful rhododendron and native plant garden. There´s a supermarket close by, restaurants, and easy access to I-5. Garden Apartment

The apartment, the house and their gardens are charming. The neighborhood is inviting, it is a park in and of itself with formal parks, running trails, a riverwalk, bike trails and the expansive offerings of the University and a vibrant community beyond. The Garden Apartment place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and some families (two large rooms, one with a double bed and one with a twin bed). Enjoy Beautiful open space with lots of windows and access to your own private deck. Heated floors for the Eugene cold. A couple blocks from Hayward field and University campus in the Historical district of Eugene. This is an entire place with full bathroom and separate entrance. It adjoins our other Airbnb. Please note that there is no kitchenette, just a mini fridge, kettle and coffee :) - minimal, clean, efficient design - Location unbeatable
