South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

Duck Lodge, a boutique log cabin, is located in a serene village in the South Downs. This all-wood home is surrounded by a lush garden, offering a tranquil garden location. The well-equipped interior showcases eclectic furnishings and decor, including a coffee machine, Sky TV and a sound system. As a gentle reminder, your private 8 seater hot tub is exclusively yours for two hours, between 4-9 pm located on the main house's patio, only 25 meters up from the lodge. The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.
