Spacious vacation space!

Come enjoy our vacation rental! We're in a great neighborhood - close to Duluth's Spirit Mountain skiing & biking, the retail district, and lots of things to do and see! The apartment has a large living room, huge deck, full kitchen, full bath, and two separate bedrooms. This is the upper unit in the building. As such, this isn't an appropriate space for anyone with little kids that run around - as it would detract from the experience for the guests below.

2 for the price of 1!! Looking for privacy when traveling with friends or extended family? This home offers two complete apartments for one price. Each unit can be accessed from its own driveway and entrance, or from inside the building. Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms, bath, kitchen, living and dining rooms. Downstairs you’ll find the laundry room (complete with soap and softener), and another complete unit. 2 min to Spirit Mt. 10 min to Canal Park!
