Ideal for families & friends who want to immerse themselves in the rich culture of the Overberg region, while enjoying a relaxing evening next to the fire or under the shade of a tree. The home is well-situated, with easy access to the main road to Cape Town, or scenic backroads leading to the beach or town. Relax and recharge in complete comfort.

the forest chalet - Sondagskloof

Built from Larch & Spruce cured to a dark finish, this secluded one bed-roomed chalet blends into the surrounding Poplar forest nestled next to a running stream. A King size bed, a luxurious bathroom with sliding door onto deck for a indoor/outdoor shower experience. The living-room/ kitchen is stylishly furnished & is fully equipped, with under counter fridge & gas hob, and a wood burning fireplace. Big picture windows & sliding doors open onto the deck, drawing the peaceful forest inside.

Mountain & Sea Cottage

A neat comfortable flat in a peaceful neighbourhood, a 500m walk away from the Onrus to Sandbaai coastal path. Great locations for swimming, surfing, diving or just catching some sun rays. If you like mountain biking or hiking the mountains are also just around the corner. The stoep features a wood fired hot tub and fire pit and looks towards the mountains and a stand of bluegums which attracts a lot of bird life. The flat is on our property but is completely separate with secure parking.

Oppiedam Family Cabins (Milkwood)

🐦Cozy cabin surrounded by milkwood trees with bird songs and the sound of the not-too-distant ocean 🌊 Explore the lagoon by day, relax by the fire pit at night 🔥 Perfect tiny house living. Cabin consists of a master bedroom (double bed), a kids' loft (2 singles and entertainment galore), a bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. 🌲 It may be tiny, but it's BIG on charm 🏡 Note: Steep loft stairs - not recommended for children under 8. Beach access via bridge currently unavailable.

Belle Cabine - Log Cabin in the Milkwood Trees

20 Mins from Hermanus and 1.5hrs from Cape Town, hidden in the beautiful Middlevlei Nature Reserve on the mouth of the Bot River is this majestic log cabin. The cabin is situated within a 200m walk of the lagoon and 1km from the beach. It consists of 2 bedrooms (2 x DBL bed, 1x Single Bunk) & 2 bathrooms, indoor fireplace, open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area downstairs with a balcony upstairs. There is a large outdoor entertainment area with a built-in braai and picnic table.

The cabin is situated right on the edge of the Bot River lagoon. Has a big garden and the views are fantastic! Within walking distance of the beach and close to communal pool and tennis courts. Cozy 2 bedroomed double-storey log cabin, with two bathrooms. Queen size bed, double bed and single bed on the mezzanine. The wild horses often graze in front of the cabin and at times there are hundreds of terns and flamingos! Fully equipped for self-catering.
