Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Centrally located, close to Columbia River and Hwy 395 . Quite neighbor on quite street with lots of parking in the driveway or on the street. Short walk to public park and one block to river view. There is a relaxing deck overlooking large backyard, with lots of green grass, trees and flowers. Any unregistered guests on property after 11 pm will be charged as an additional occupant. NO UNAUTHORIEZED PARTIES ALLOWED. You will be asked to vacate property and an event fee will be charged.
