Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Numerous walking and biking trails within 5 minutes.

Wake up in the morning and open the patio doors to hear the birds singing and watch the sunrise while enjoying a hot cup of coffee in an adirondack chair. Enjoy the evenings with a bonfire and cook out using our outdoor kitchenette. Our fully fenced yard allows your fuzzy friend to roam free while you relax!

This location is centrally located between Homosassa and Crystal River and is a convenient drive to visit Three Sister's Springs in Crystal River or enjoy dining or boating along the Homosassa River. This studio home offers one queen size bed, a pull-out sofa, and small kitchenette (Park Grill in backyard). The pull-out sofa would be comfortable for 1 adult or 2 children.
