Guests have private access to the pool, playhouse, BBQ, patio, gazebo & garden. 30 minutes to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude. 45 min to Park City, Deer Valley & Sundance. Hiking trails are just 20 minutes up Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons

During ski season, you'll love walking only 30 steps to the NEW Sunrise Gondola to start your day. Located in the golden triangle of Little Cottonwood Canyon at 5400 feet and surrounded by Wasatch peaks, we run 6-10 degrees cooler than SCL and the surrounding valley. Our back yard is a secluded paradise and offers the ultimate in beauty, serenity, and privacy. Come cool off in our lagoon like natural pool surrounded by alpine landscaping or relax in the daybed or hammock overlooking the tranquil cool running waters of Little Cottonwood Creek while surrounded by majestic mountain views.

Cozy ski-in/ski-out 1 bedroom condo (with sleeping den) in the heart of Solitude ski resort village (located in Big Cottonwood Canyon). This 800+ square foot condo is one of the largest 1 bedrooms on the property. It's the ideal mountain getaway, with access to the Solitude Club which includes: hot tub, heated swimming pool, workout, game and movie rooms. Within walking distance to four eating/drinking establishments and the best snow on earth! For summer stays, we have added two A/C units.

Private Provo Indoor Pool House

Enjoy your stay in this private 2500 sq ft indoor pool house complete with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room, swimming pool, hot tub, and laundry closet. The pool house is a separate structure than our main house (where we reside). Only guests who are STAYING are allowed on property (unless cleared through the owner). Due to family allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed. Absolutely no smoking or drinking.
