The name is inspired by the 50+ species of bird found locally, including the Red Kites.

Egyptian cotton linen and black out blinds in all bedrooms. Outdoors enjoy the wood burning hot tub, feed the chickens, take a stroll round our lake or discover the zip wire in the wood!

Free parking for one car on our drive. An EV charger can be used for overnight charging. Ask about availability/cost.

The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. There are many walks from the house and the A1M/A505 is minutes away for those travelling north, south or to Cambridge. NO PETS sorry! XMAS (not available instantly) and LONGER TERM LETS by request please.

Set in the 12 acre grounds of the manor house, once the family home and filming location for Britain's most famous TV chef, guests will have access to the gardens, outdoor pizza ovens, tennis court, swimming pool and fresh produce from the walled kitchen gardens.

There are many wonderful country walks starting from the cottage.
