The Studio at Pirton Court

In the grounds of Pirton Court within an AONB, and with alpacas, miniature pigs and chickens in the nearby paddock, the Studio at Pirton Court, is a gem. Overlooking the wonderful countryside of Hertfordshire yet within a short walk of two Public Houses, a local shop and Post Office. The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard, with modern amenities including a well equipped kitchen and wet room with WC. Nestled in open countryside next to our vineyard on the outskirts of Bishop's Stortford, an ideal base to explore East Herts & North Essex or visit London & Cambridge. The Cowshed is a recently converted barn sleeping 5, complete with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy seating around a woodburner. Egyptian cotton linen and black out blinds in all bedrooms. Outdoors enjoy the wood burning hot tub, feed the chickens, take a stroll round our lake or discover the zip wire in the wood!

You can also book to take a dip in our heated indoor swimming pool which is perfect for all ages. Black Squirrel Barn, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath barn

Black Squirrel Barn is a converted 3 bed 2 bath barn. It is completely self contained so you have your privacy but I am close by to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious yet homely with cosy underfloor heating downstairs. Close by are two lovely pubs with fab food. You can also find a little post office within 5 mins walk. The Dovecote: unique self-contained 1bed barn stay

Wonderfully cosy barn, recently renovated to a genuinely high spec - the Grade II listed 'Dovecote' is located on a working arable farm in a lovely remote setting in the Essex countryside. Situated next to a small duck pond, overlooking the farmyard and the local church, The Dovecote is a two-storey brick and oak framed building finished to a truly high standard. Peaceful and remote with its own courtyard, the Dovecote has an elevated location in the otherwise undeveloped yard.

Pear Tree Cottage is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Sofa bed for 3rd guest. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

The Acorn - Detached, clean and quiet

Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. My lovely little Shepherd’s Hut is waiting for you

Lovingly built, my shepherd’s hut is wonderful for a short break away from it all. Located in the rural village of Stocking Pelham in Herts, the surrounding area is perfect for country walks or cycling. Nearby pubs offer great beer and fabulous dining. A short drive away you have various attractions including Henry Moore, Audley End, and the lovely old market town of Saffron Walden. Cambridge and Newmarket are not too far either.
