The Studio at Pirton Court

In the grounds of Pirton Court within an AONB, and with alpacas, miniature pigs and chickens in the nearby paddock, the Studio at Pirton Court, is a gem. Overlooking the wonderful countryside of Hertfordshire yet within a short walk of two Public Houses, a local shop and Post Office. The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard, with modern amenities including a well equipped kitchen and wet room with WC. Icknield Way and the Chiltern Cycleway can be accessed adjacent to Pirton Court.

The Nook at Pine View - set in Roald Dahl Country

The Nook at Pine View, is set within the Chiltern Hills in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. In the heart of "Roald Dahl Country", Cobblers Hill is famously written within the pages of "Danny Champion of the World". The Nook benefits from stunning rural views and the peace & quiet of country living but with easy access to award-winning restaurants, pubs & cafes all just a short drive. A 45 min train to London. The surrounding area has some renowned country walks and cycle paths.

Cosy Barn with a Vineyard View

Nestled in open countryside next to our vineyard on the outskirts of Bishop's Stortford, an ideal base to explore East Herts & North Essex or visit London & Cambridge. The Cowshed is a recently converted barn sleeping 5, complete with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy seating around a woodburner. Egyptian cotton linen and black out blinds in all bedrooms. Outdoors enjoy the wood burning hot tub, feed the chickens, take a stroll round our lake or discover the zip wire in the wood!

Breathtaking location set in the heart of stunning Chilterns countryside only 30 min from London. Come & recharge with views of the River Chess flowing past your bedroom. Relax in the large sitting/dining room (dbl sofa bed) or bask in the sunny conservatory watching swans glide by. Glorious walking on Chess Valley Walk. Nearby Amersham, Chalfont & Chenies all offer superb restaurants/shops & Met line tube. Amazing location just off M25 - Harry Potter World 15min, Heathrow 25min & Ascot 45 min.

Oakdene Guest Suite

Self contained Studio, Suite, above double garage, comprising Bed/Sitting Room, Kitchenette, and separate Toilet/Shower Room. Has 3 large Velux widows ensuring good light and air circulation. Contains microwave, fridge, kettle, cooking utensils etc. Ideally suited for up to two adults sharing a double bed, plus one child under 16 using a collapsible bed. Located in the village of Datchworth, near to Knebworth, Stevenage, Hertford. 2 1/2 miles to main line Station, to Kings Cross or the North.

Come and relax in our beautiful farm cottage with a private deck and garden surrounded by amazing rolling countryside. Perfect for spending some special time with your family. You can also book to take a dip in our heated indoor swimming pool which is perfect for all ages. We are a great central spot for visits to London and Oxford and have some lovely attractions within 20mins of us including Waddesdon Manor, Bletchley Park and Whipsnade Zoo. *Outside Sauna and copper bath coming Jan 2025*

Black Squirrel Barn, luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath barn

Black Squirrel Barn is a converted 3 bed 2 bath barn. It is completely self contained so you have your privacy but I am close by to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious yet homely with cosy underfloor heating downstairs. Close by are two lovely pubs with fab food. You can also find a little post office within 5 mins walk. There are many countryside walks and cycle paths running from the house yet the A1M is minutes away. A PET CONSIDERED BY REQUEST ONLY BEFORE BOOKING (£20 per week)

The Dovecote: unique self-contained 1bed barn stay

Wonderfully cosy barn, recently renovated to a genuinely high spec - the Grade II listed 'Dovecote' is located on a working arable farm in a lovely remote setting in the Essex countryside. Situated next to a small duck pond, overlooking the farmyard and the local church, The Dovecote is a two-storey brick and oak framed building finished to a truly high standard. Peaceful and remote with its own courtyard, the Dovecote has an elevated location in the otherwise undeveloped yard.

Pear Tree Cottage @ Upper Wood End Farm

Pear Tree Cottage is one of our two holiday cottages at Upper Wood End Farm. It provides: - Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, sink, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. - Dining/sitting room area with table, 2 chairs and large comfy sofa. - Beautifully tiled bathroom with shower - Gas central heating - Fully enclosed patio area with table and 2 chairs - Sofa bed for 3rd guest. £20 charge if required when only 2 guests.

The Acorn - Detached, clean and quiet

Brand new detached house in an elevated position above a quiet rural lane. Great night skies and horses in the field next door. Outside sitting area and private parking. Lovely king sized double bed with views and high quality bedding. Local eggs provided for breakfast. The Acorn is in the heart of the village so it’s very easy to walk anywhere and find 2 great pubs. My lovely little Shepherd’s Hut is waiting for you

Lovingly built, my shepherd’s hut is wonderful for a short break away from it all. Located in the rural village of Stocking Pelham in Herts, the surrounding area is perfect for country walks or cycling. Nearby pubs offer great beer and fabulous dining. A short drive away you have various attractions including Henry Moore, Audley End, and the lovely old market town of Saffron Walden. Cambridge and Newmarket are not too far either.
