The villa is located not far from Ramat Hayal and Assuta Hospita,Park Yarkon Concert Center and Expo exhibitionsl. You can find free parking right in front of the villa and there is a municipal parking lot at a cost of NIS 30 for 24 hours. You will find public transportation in all directions in Tel Aviv at the exit of the villa.

It has a full-size fridge, microwave and an electrical hob. In a short walking distance you'll find: restaurants, cafes, diving, tennis and surfing clubs.

Our place is situated in our 250 sqm garden with an outdoor sitting place. The space is 9*3 metres, 27 sqm, located in a quiet neighberrhood with an easy access to go everywhere. There is a pizza, a supermarket and a grossery store near by. A wide park is in a minute walking distance for jogging and relaxing. Herzliya city center is in a 5 minutes walking distance. The place is decorated as a surfers cabin, the bed mesures are 140/190 cm.
