An ideal place for those looking for a quiet location. This newly refurbished house is in a well positioned and quiet residential area of Rawcliffe, York with its own private garden. Ideal for families visiting the beautiful city of York. The property offers 2 large double bedrooms with king sized beds, a smaller third bedroom with bunk beds and a double sofa bed in the downstairs lounge area. There is space for 3 cars on the drive with free on-street parking. It also has a games room!

Second floor apartment just 10-12 minutes pleasant walk to the Bar Walls (Monkgate), York Minster, and the historic city. Overlooking the River Foss. You can often see swans, and sometimes kingfishers from the Juliet balcony. Accessed by a keysafe. Free parking on site. Safe neighbourhood. Welcome folder in the apartment with local info. Would suit couples, small family, friends. I don't have a lift so three flights of stairs wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues. wifi 37.5 Mbps

The flat is a great base for York. As soon as you get to the end of the adjoining Grosvenor Terrace you feel like you're in the city. Free, no permit street parking. No cleaning fee. Inside is a spacious sun-filled loft-style living space upstairs with a shower room downstairs, the Studio provides comfortable accommodation for up to three people.
