Located on Elbow Lake "The Hangar" is located minutes from Virgina and Eveleth/Gilbert. A few blocks from downtown, and a few minutes from Redhead Mountain Biking Trail, the Mesabi Trail, kayaking & swimming, hiking overlooks, snowmobiling trails, the Discovery Center, hockey, AND skiing...it’s the ideal escape to rest, and explore the Iron Range.

The deck provides a peaceful view of the woods; and the 3 season porch and loft den offer lovely places to relax and read. In the winter the wood stove provides a toasty ambiance.

Enjoy your trip to Hibbing, MN by staying in a comfortable home. 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bed, and an office space for flexibility and convenience. Downtown is a short walk away, there are parks with green space to enjoy nearby, and it is located not far off the highway. Additionally in winter, the road is usually one of the first to be cleared. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place including but not limited to: Walking distance to Bob Dylan's childhood home ,the Hibbing Memorial Building, local shops and cafes. Birding at the Sax- Zim Bog nature preserve. Family reunions, weddings etc... (Plenty of room for up to 9 guests) Short term/long term stay options.

Mitchell-Tappan Carriage House Garden Studio

THE GARDEN STUDIO is located on the ground level from the patio through private French doors. It sleeps three with a queen bed and sofa sleeper. It includes a full kitchenette, dining table, seating area, and a private bathroom with a step-in shower made of Italian tile. Not appropriate for small children. WE ARE UNABLE TO HOST MOUNTAIN BIKERS.
