Situated on the picturesque back streets of Kyoto not far from the Kamo River, Riverside Tofukuji is an impressive hotel complex that blends old-world Kyoto charm and style with modern, effortless comforts. Located in the center of Kyoto, a 7-minute walk to the world heritage "Nijo Castle". The guest house is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, from traditional to casual Japanese cuisine to delicious sushi. Private apartment with private entrance for up to four people. One double bed and two single beds in the bedroom sleeps four. We have a shared entrance to the building, however the entrance to the apartment is private; the kitchen and bathroom are exclusive/private as well. This unit is on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor. Unfortunately we do not have an elevator and cannot guarantee which floor it will be on until a few days before arrival. We will try to accommodate requests.

1st Floor Room A/Walk to Gion and Kiyomizu temple

A short walk away, there is the World Heritage Site Kiyomizu Temple and Yasaka Shrine at Kamon Inn Higashiyama Gojo. Around the inn, there are many city buses and many restaurants. You can enjoy Kyoto's Japanese cuisine in this area. This Room A is a completely private vacation rental on the first floor of the building. The space is coordinated by a famous designer. The room also has a courtyard where you can see greenery, making it the perfect place for a little relaxation.

All rooms are maisonette-style units. A serene space where the tranquility of Kyoto meets modern comfort. With a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, you can enjoy a stay that feels just like home, even while traveling.
