Authentic 19th Cent. gamekeeper's cottage set in some of the most beautiful countryside in England - many original features, log fires, squishy sofas, & large well-maintained private garden. The ideal spot for a romantic weekend or a countryside adventure with family or friends. Woodland walks, riding, cycling & fishing available. Fast wi-fi. Great pubs/food nearby. Dogs welcome. There is an additional cloakroom downstairs.Off road parking to side of property and seating area to the front looking over the tranquil valley.

Private cabin sitting on an island over its own lake the ideal place to stay amongst nature and unwind in 10 acres. Furniture built from locally sourced trees for a beautifully crafted, rustic finish. Swing in a hammock or egg chair and indulge in a bit of star gazing. Watch the surrounding wildlife by the log burner or gather by the fire pit. Head ito Exmoor or Dartmoor & enjoy the many walks/bike rides; surf or explore the beaches. Help feed the animals and relax, recharge & re-connect!

A thatched Semi detached part of a Devon Longhouse around 400 years old. This little quaint cottage/annex has lots of period features. The cottage is situated in a quiet area with around 45 minute drive to the sea and some beautiful North Devon beaches. A quiet simple countryside retreat. NB: No takeaways available

The Hide at Lemons Farm

The Hide is a tranquil getaway, tucked into the corner of Lemons Farm, our 15th Century thatched farmhouse. Originally a piggery, the cob and stone building has been converted into a little cottage with a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and mezzanine sleeping area. Fall asleep under the stars and wake to the sound of birdsong. Lemons Farm is located in Atherington, a lovely village with a church, tennis court and park. Some great pubs are nearby as are the gorgeous North Devon beaches.

Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area.
