Newly built apartment steps from Mohonk preserve.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

Mahali Petu is a five year old guest house situated well off the road with meadow views. It is built of high quality materials and finishes. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers custom cabinetry & granite countertops. The full bath offers a walk-in European shower with dual shower heads. There is extensive outdoor decking with seating, a gas grill, fire pit, hot tub and an outdoor shower. Peaceful and quiet, yet walking distance to High Falls restaurants and shops.

Modern Light Filled Garage Conversion with a small kitchen, full bath with an open deck off the back. A beautiful quiet spot with birds, tall trees and a small creek on 3 acres. The bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed with a small ladder to a little sleeping loft for the kids. There is also a pull out couch in the open kitchen living room area with a deck off the back. This is a small apartment attached to our house that has been designed with care and privacy in mind.

Relax in a cozy studio in the peaceful woods. Tasteful high-quality touches will have you feeling comfortable right away! This is an ideal space for up to 2 adults and up to 2 children. We live upstairs & offer self-check-in. A rare find in the Hudson Valley, our neighborhood is mostly flat, with walkable, quiet roads, and excellent bird-watching. It's an easy bike ride to connect to the vast state-wide rail trail system & all that the Mohonk Preserve has to offer.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House is a cozy two bedroom 1850s guest house on a beautiful property 2hrs hours from NYC. Located in historic High Falls on Leggett Road, one of the loveliest roads in the area, is your private cottage. Just renovated, it has all new amenities. The location is steps away from the rail trail where you can bike or walk. Stone Ridge and High Falls are a half-mile away for all your shopping. Situated between the majestic Shawangunks and the Catskills; outdoor activities, farm to table restaurants, breweries and farmers markets abound.
