It is easy to get to the local schools RIT, U of R, and the hospitals - as well as to downtown! Bus lines are close if you don't have a car.

We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests at check out. We can accommodate off street parking for two vehicles on the property. It is on the second floor, so there is a staircase. You are free to enjoy the backyard and front porch.
