Blue Grass Chestnut Cottage offers one bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, full bath with laundry facilities. Also, a twin-size hideaway bed is available. The living room has a gas log heater. The cottage has an open floor plan, no steps, and easy access from the private driveway. Linens and towels are provided. WiFi is available. Chromecast and Amazon Firestick are installed for guest connectivity. A DVD player is also provided.

The farmhouse sits almost one mile off US Route 220 with the nearest neighbor being half a mile away and with 150 mostly forested acres to explore the old roads, trails, and mountain stream. Three covered porches include a hot tub, a grill, and a swing. An elderly neighbor does walk the property for exercise as been his routine for over 25 years but is very respectful of guests and maintains guests' privacy.
