It is also... 1 mile from Detroit Zoo 5 minute drive to Royal Oak 15 minutes (11 miles) to Downtown Detroit A great location for work or play! Look for Sanctuary Studio (back unit #2) if this isn't available.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You'll have a private space in a detached historic carriage house, sharing a yard with the host. We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. You will be within about 2 miles from the best that Detroit has to offer. We can accommodate up to 2 guests comfortably, making it the perfect rental for a quick getaway to the city! There is direct access to the back deck and fire pit in the (shared) fenced back yard for enjoying a relaxing evening.
