You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located, adorable suite. The private entrance opens into a clean and cozy living space, with a kitchenette and sofa that can be transformed into a bed. Come and spend a night on C&S Family Farm! Our studio apartment offers all the comforts of home and more. Nestled at the base of Mt. Mahogany in Utah County, and just a mile away from American Fork Canyon, adventure is literally knocking on your door. Come not just to sleep, but to have an unforgettable experience. Amenities include a pool/pingpong table, projector and movie screen with surround sound, a popcorn maker, games, books, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit and bbq.

Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
