Retreat to the perfect combination of peace and quiet. Spacious 2 bedroom home on a private lake stocked with bass and other fish to spend the day with your friends and family. If you are into ATV and off-roading, there are 100's of miles of trails to ride straight out the front driveway. The home currently has two queen beds and a queen air mattress. We also have access to Lake June and the private Sun N Lakes boat ramp and park. Boat ramp is by key.Plenty of parking for your trailers and rvs.

Spend days boating, fishing, skiing and paddle boarding to your heart's content and evenings around the fire pit on the beach. Two private bedrooms (one king and one with two double beds), two full bathrooms and additional accommodations in the living room space. Dine indoors or out on the large covered porch. This cheery cottage is perfect for sunrises with coffee or exploring beautiful Lake Sebring on kayaks (included with booking). Plenty of parking onsite (bring your boat trailer), you will love this oasis on the lake! We want your stay to be pleasant and carefree so we do not require our guests to do any dishes, laundry, or other cleaning when checking out. Our housekeeping crew will take care of you!

Charming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is a mile away from downtown Lake Placid. We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac with access to Lake Huntley just minutes away by foot. I have a few interior pictures, not all as there is currently a tenant. The rest of the pictures will be available Dec 20. I can share interior pictures of the unit next door if desired. It is the same floor plan just with different finishes.
