But if you do, it's a 5 min stroll to the nearest cafe or Barwon river, 5 min drive to the CBD & we are surrounded by incredible beaches, wineries & the amazing Surf Coast!

The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

A welcoming base whether you're here for work, visiting, or attending an event. 1-minute to the Ring Road puts all our region, Surf Coast and Great Ocean Road have to offer within easy reach.

Note: The studio is attached to our house, you may hear general life kitchen/tv noise, but you have a private entrance and secluded easterly deck.
