This is a one-bedroom unit in a 3-unit building w/ 1 parking space. The space is completely separated from the other units in the building. The third floor living room and bedroom have a great view over the surrounding buildings. There is a spacious bathroom, with clean fresh towels, and some basic necessities, hair dryer, etc. The kitchen is new with a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. All kitchenware is supplied and some basic cooking items are provided. A drip coffeemaker is provided.

Our house is just steps away from many great restaurants, Hillard's Station and Splash Park, Crooked Can Brewery, Historical Village, Rails to Trails bike path, First Responders' Park and Franklin Co. Fairgrounds, and 15 min drive from the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium. We are just miles from the Ohio Stadium, Clippers Minor League Baseball at Huntington Park and the NHL Blue Jackets.

Private apartment built into the back of a maker's shop with access to 4 acres of beautiful grounds including a shaded gazebo nestled in the orchard, relaxing hammock, tire swing, firepit, 16 foot wind art sculpture, outdoor shower, and a private porch to enjoy it all!

Modern and newly updated 3-bedroom home in the heart of Plain City! The Small Town Retreat is located on a quiet street and is walking distance from local shops and restaurants and a quick drive from Der Dutchman. Plain City is a charming farm town just 10 minutes from I-270, with access to Columbus and all its major suburbs. It is also 20 minutes or less from Marysville, Dublin's Bridgepark, downtown Hilliard, and the Columbus Zoo in Powell.

Countryside Private Dwelling

Enjoy the peaceful countryside just 15 minutes off of the outer loop of Columbus. We have a seperate guest house on our small farm with a king size master suite and queen bedroom. This guest home is completely private from the main residence and is the perfect ambience for peace and quiet. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
