4 bedrooms 3 full baths consisting of 4 King bedrooms. 1 Queen pull out Murphy bed. A crib located in the primary bedroom. Located mins away from University of Dayton, Wright state University and less than 30 mins from Wilberforce. Host home of the NCAA First Four Tournament. There are total of 5beds to sleep on based on 2 persons per bed. We also have sofa and you're welcome to use air mattress if you like in the laundry room. No more than 12 persons can stay per night.

This guest townhouse is in the heart of the Oregon District, right next to all of Dayton’s best food & nightlife/events! The space is quaint and perfect for groups of 1-4, in a historic neighborhood, and incredible for quaint getaway. Please be aware that the other side of the home is also rented for guests, so while the spaces are completely separate, you may hear noise from other bookings. White Pine Cottage-cozy tiny home w/ earthy decor

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.This 14x40 cottage is brand new with a front and back porch. The front porch is the whole length of the cabin with 4 rockers to sit in and relax. The back porch has seating that overlooks farmland and you may see an occasional deer grazing in the field. There is a gas grill on the back porch as well. We have a fenced private area with a fire pit and chairs to enjoy a fire on a cool night.

This country getaway retreat is just what you are looking for. We have designed our space with our guest’s privacy and relaxation in mind. Private gated access where memories are made that last a lifetime! Our most recent addition is a "Grain Bin Gazebo". This cozy backyard retreat is equipped with a gas grill, blackstone griddle, table and chairs. Backyard also has a brick patio, hot tub, hammock and fire pit.
