It is a short 100 yard walk from the lake and a quick drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, 45 minutes to Boston or the NH Seacoast, close to the Lakes Region, White mountains, and great skiing spots as well as the famous NH Outlets.

Seasonal lake side cottage

Cottage comes with the use of two kayak's, a canoe, two stand up paddle boards, an outside fire place to roast s'mores. (Please do not use fireplace until dusk). Refrigerator & freezer, microwave, keurig, toaster, basic pots and pans, outside grill,a clean lake with swimming area. Tv/DVD player & DVD’s(no cable). We supply towels,linens & beach towels. Friendly neighbors on either side of cottage. Water is fine to use, but not to drink. A perfect relaxing, unplugged weekend getaway.

We have wifi, tv w/ streaming services, laundry, a/c & heat, and kayaks to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible. We're family friendly and have a crib for infant/baby.

Noodles the cat to greet you Large 30 foot deck , gas grill and patio umbrella & seating for outdoor dining. Accommodations on lake side include fire pit, kayak, canoe, paddleboards PFD's, picnic tables, chairs, hammock w/beautiful view. A small slice of heaven!
