This remodeled air-conditioned condo is perhaps one of the best located accommodations in Hilo. Near the center of town, yet the grounds feel like a tropical zen oasis! Koi filled streams and ponds lined with walking trails meander through the complex. Minutes from the airport, farmers markets, golfing, shops, and over 100 restaurants! The complex also backs to Wailoa State Park where you can walk through over 130 acres of beautiful grounds and unique bridges leading to the beach at Hilo Bay!

Hilo Downtown Retreat

The apartment is a self contained living space that is very well appointed with bespoke furniture, fittings and original art. It has all of its own amenities so you should want for nothing. It is located two minutes from downtown Hilo. If you want you can walk to everything, including; shops, restaurants, beaches, bars, yoga studios, gyms and so on. If you are over 5' 10" you will need to mind your head in a couple of places so please be aware of this. We are always looking to improve.

No air conditioning! This apartment is located in downtown Hilo, on the third floor. It has a ceiling fan, so it's not stuffy. While there are no private rooms, it does have one bathroom and a large balcony. The community is safe and quiet, and the pool is worth a visit. It's just two miles from Hilo Airport and a few minutes' drive from major supermarkets. Parks, banks, hospitals, supermarkets, and attractions are all nearby.
