This beautiful poolside unit in a quiet gated community, completely renovated in June 2019, is located just steps from the beautiful beach of Port Royal Sound. This first floor condo has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz counter tops, vinyl plank floors, all new appliances and is just a very short walk to the beach. The bathroom has quartz countertop and a tub & shower combo. You'll find two TVs (one with streaming options), washer/dryer, dishwasher and free WiFi in condo and on the resort.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area offers seating for eight. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, gas grill, and hot tub.

The corner unit is next to the pool and a stone's throw from the beach. The complex is across the street from two of the oldest historic parks in Hilton Head. With the exception of the occasional person walking or jogging automobile traffic is almost nonexistent since the Spa is located on a side street.
