There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Voorzien van fijne handdoeken en rituals bad-, douchebenodigdheden. Wasmachine en droger in separate ruimte, beschikbaar voor gebruik. Achter het huis een zonnige, ruime tuin. 2 fietsen staan klaar voor gebruik.

Achter ons huis staat De Schuur, een romantisch, sfeervol en uniek gastenverblijf, voorzien van alle gemakken zodat je heerlijk tot rust kunt komen en je je geniet modus aan kunt zetten. Geniet lekker van de jacuzzi en sauna op de veranda. Er is een gas bbq aanwezig en een heerlijke buitenhaard. ( BBQ en buitenhaard tegen betaling ) De bakker met verse broodjes is op loopafstand. Kasteel Sypesteyn ligt aan de overkant van de weg. Amsterdam en Utrecht +/-20 min.

Ideale startplaats om te zwemmen, wandelen, fietsen en een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen met een boekje, bij Thermen Maarssen of te genieten van mooie luchten. Knus vrijstaand gastenhuis in woonwijk dichtbij heide en bij bossen. Op een steenworp afstand van het centrum Bussum. Winkels op loopafstand. In 5 minuten bij de trein die je in 20 minuten naar het centrum van Amsterdam brengt. Of in 25 minuten naar Utrecht centrum. Loosdrechtse plassen en Gooimeer dichtbij. Geniet van de prachtige, natuurrijke omgeving van deze gezellige en lichte accommodatie.

Heel centraal gelegen op loop afstand van de stad, het station of de natuur. Let op: Ons huis ligt in Hilversum, niet in Amsterdam! Per 20/7/2026 rekenen we €4 pp/pn toeristenbelasting extra. Bij aankomst apart af te rekenen.
