Kitchenette with microwave, kettle,toaster ,fridge. , equiped with all utensils crockery etc. Milk, tea, and coffee, provided for the first night.Bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Shower room with shaving point, hair dryer. This is a nice compact recently refurbished flat. Access by stairs .

Abbey Farm is a 25 acre small holding on the Leicestershire, Warwickshire border, in Wolvey near Burbage and Hinckley, 20 mins south of Leicester. The farm boast a small flock of sheep and a chance to fill your lungs with fresh air, whilst you enjoy staying in a safe, private and rural location. Easy reach of Birmingham, Leicester, Coventry and major locations. Dogs welcome for an additional charge per dog. This cottage has the option of an adjoining extra two bed room. Enquire for details.

The large private garden has a luxurious wood fired hot tub with spectacular views over the fields. Nearby are lots of things to see & do, so take some time away, come & relax at The Dairy.

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.

Self-contained detached annex with private access set in countryside location. Annex includes bathroom and kitchen downstairs, bedroom with kingsize bed upstairs. Please note that one downstairs room is unavailable for guests. Beautiful views over fields. Canalside cabin

Canalside cabin overlooking the Coventry canal and located in the village of Hopwas. The cabin is perfect for an affordable break or a cost effective stopover on a work trip. Set in beautiful gardens with lovely views of waterways and local woods. There’s plenty on offer for nature lovers with great walks, fishing, boating and cycling on your doorstep. Further afield is a town and city to explore. After a day outdoors there are 2 country pubs across the road from the cabin to relax.

The Coach house is a self contained apartment within a village setting,which benefits from a local convenience store. It is situated close to the M42 with good road links to all Midlands towns and cities. Netherseal is within The National Forest which allows access to numerous walks. There are many attractions close eg Calke Abbey, The National Forest, Staunton Harold and National Arboretum We provide a welcome pack with fresh bread, milk, eggs and preserves
