“Nanny Goat Rest" is a 1 bedroom former family annex on a working farm. Situated 1.8 miles from the centre of the beautiful village of Abbots Bromley. The property has a private parking area and garden. It has numerous footpaths and cycle routes on its door step and within the beautiful local village Abbots Bromley you will find 4 Pubs, Tearoom's, Indian Takeaway, Butchers and a well stocked village shop . The annex is perfect for short breaks visiting family, friends and business trips.

Our wonderfull characterful Hut is a great place to bring your Paddleboard or canoe on the River Avon. We are commited to an off grid, sustainable experience. Wild swimming ramp. Barbeque, camp fires and open air is what we are about. It is rough and it is ready. There is a Hut, a large Bell tent and a land-locked cabin cruiser all of which you may use. Cooking is on the campfire and two burner stove. Do something different this weekend!

The perfect countryside setting for a memorable celebration. Enjoy exclusive use of four cosy huts, a hot tub, and a spacious snug with a projector cinema. Relax with your own bar (beer & cider taps), fire pit, BBQ area, and wood-fired pizza oven, plus a covered BBQ hut for all-weather use. We welcome respectful groups of all kinds, including hen and stag parties. No loud music permitted.

You will drive off the quiet country road, up the farm track and arrive at Top House Farm where your Shepherds Hut, Hot Tub and BBQ Hut are awaiting. The recently upgraded Shepherds Hut contains a king sized bed, Kitchenette, Dining Area and En-suite Shower Room. The Hot Tub is ready for you on arrival and the BBQ Hut is the best place to settle down for the night around the fire.
