Cozy cottage for up to 4 people, best suited 2 adults and 2 children. A queen bed with separate room single day bed and rollaway trundle. Includes coffee machine, fridge, kettle/toaste, microwave, bathroom, wall mounted TV, Wi Fi, Netflix, split system heating/cooling, luxurious furnishings including quality French bed linen. All pets are most welcome guests, acreage for horses. I have a labrador and cats. There is a private entrance to the cottage.

We are located on Commercial St, Kaniva, within 5-minute walk from the Commercial Hotel, Club Hotel, the Kaniva Community Roadhouse, and the town centre.
