We're located close driving distance to a number of conveniences, including shopping, restaurants, parks and more. Whether you’re cozying in the living room around the fireplace or enjoying the breeze on the back porch while watching the little ones play on the swing set or your pets play in the fenced-in backyard, we hope you feel at home here. The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

This beautifully renovated modern condo on the 2nd floor of our gorgeous Victorian home was completed in September 2016! The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, appliances, and furniture are all brand new! The original heart pine floors have been refinished and are a perfect reflection of the history of this Savannah estate. Conveniently located close to the Truman Parkway, guests have easy and quick access to downtown Savannah, Tybee Island, and Skidaway. It is also close to several grocery stores and the mall.
