In this nature-rich harbor town, "SHACHIHOKO" opened its doors in 2024.

It's a big log house. The first floor consists of a large hall and a kitchen. Log houses also have excellent heat insulation and soundproofing. Even if the guest plays a musical instrument, it will not bother the neighbors. Accommodation is in the bedroom on the second floor and between tatami mats. You can also relax in the living room on the second floor. On the second floor, there is a gate on the stairs, so even small children can play in safe. High-speed WIFI and free parking.

The Itokuro Estate is a historic Edo-era home built over 200 years ago. Newly renovated, it blends modern comfort with traditional Japanese architecture. Yumi and Yasumichi, the on-site caretakers, live in a separate area and do not share any living spaces or bathrooms with guests. They are available to assist guests and provide transportation to/from the local train station. Bicycles are available for the guests to explore the beautiful beaches and countryside of Itoshima.

The villa also serves as a convenient base for day trips to places like Nagasaki City, Unzen, Ureshino, Sasebo, Hirado, and Huis Ten Bosch.
