Private Suite Close to Braves and I-75

Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage and no stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. This airy and bright carriage house studio is nestled on a quiet street in the heart of Virginia-Highland, one of Atlanta's most popular neighborhoods. Just blocks from Piedmont Park, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, the Beltline, Ponce City Market, and many restaurants and bars. Only 2 miles from the Emory, Georgia Tech, and Georgia State campuses. This studio apartment has a queen-sized bed, bathroom, large desk, and sitting area with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave.

This lovely space is part of our family home. It is a large, sunny terrace ("walk-out" basement) apartment that includes a living room, pool table, full kitchen, full bath and bedroom furnished with both a queen and double bed. Enjoy peaceful views of yard from 4 full-sized glass sliding doors. A roll-away bed can be made available for a 5th guest at an extra charge. Stream your favorite video and audio apps on the tv. Absolutely no parties and no unregistered guests.

You’ll love our place because of a quiet, separate entry to a spacious apartment, and high deck with a view. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The Lake Point Sports Complex is just 20 minutes away, with a pleasant drive via back roads for visiting athletes. After a long day on the fields, enjoy the tranquility of this serene setting. Winter offers a peaceful ambiance with lovely light. Very private, surrounded by quiet woods.
